SIGNAL & FORMAT — Feed resolution, frame rate, output, embedded audio or timecode needs, transmission path, return monitoring, and the production’s receiving equipment are confirmed with engineering before the event. LATENCY & RF — Every plan considers acceptable delay, RF congestion, frequency coordination, line of sight, antenna placement, aircraft control links, video links, venue restrictions, and communications. CREW ROLES — The final team may include pilot, camera operator, technician, visual observers, RF or video support, and a dedicated safety lead based on the venue and broadcast plan. REDUNDANCY — Primary and backup aircraft, batteries, video paths, monitors, media recording, weather limits, alternate shots, and failure procedures are defined during prep.
