LOCAL SAVANNAH COVERAGE — A Savannah-based operator supports local scouting, production communication, and fast regional coordination. CREATIVE SERVICES — Crews can support cinema-drone establishing shots, moving-vehicle work, indoor and outdoor FPV, location reveals, live aerial video, and second-unit coverage. CREW & EQUIPMENT — FAA Part 107 pilots, Local 600 and non-union crews, up to $10 million aviation insurance, Inspire 3 with X9, Mavic 4 Pro, Freefly Alta X, and FPV/cinewhoop platforms are available based on the production. AIRSPACE & PERMISSIONS — Planning addresses controlled airspace, nearby airports or heliports, property approval, municipal and production requirements, public control, weather, and shot-specific safety. PRODUCTION INTAKE — Send Savannah or Coastal Georgia locations and coordinates, primary and backup dates, creative references or shot list, camera and payload needs, indoor or outdoor FPV routes, monitoring, permits already in progress, insurance requirements, and local production contacts.

Use this checklist before requesting a drone quote. You can mark anything unknown as TBD. PROJECT — Production title, company, production type, local producer, decision-maker, billing contact, and union status. LOCATION — Address or coordinates, property contact, indoor or outdoor, nearby roads or public areas, access, parking, power, staging, takeoff and landing zones, and any existing location restrictions. SCHEDULE — Primary and backup dates, call time, operating window, rehearsal time, golden-hour or night needs, weather backup, and hard delivery or broadcast times. CREATIVE — Brief, shot list, references, beginning and end frames, subject movement, speed, height, route, camera direction, edit intent, and contingency shots. AIRCRAFT & CAMERA — Integrated camera or heavy-lift request, camera and lens, payload accessories, FPV or cinewhoop need, live-feed format, director monitors, remote viewing, and recording requirements. PERMITS & SAFETY — Airspace status, FAA or municipal approvals already started, property permission, public or road control, talent or vehicle involvement, stunts, insurance and COI requirements, safety contacts, and known hazards.
