SCOUTING & ROUTE — Terrain, obstacles, wires, roads, people, structures, RF conditions, sun direction, weather, takeoff and landing areas, emergency zones, and visual line of sight are reviewed before the shoot. AIRCRAFT — FPV platforms are matched to the shot, environment, camera, speed, duration, risk profile, and production monitoring needs. SAFETY & PERMITS — The plan can include FAA airspace approval, municipal or property permissions, public and road control, observers, vehicle and talent briefings, weather limits, abort procedures, and contingency shots.
