Airborne Studios builds every flight around the creative, location, and a documented production-safety plan. PILOTS & CREW — FAA Part 107 pilots work with experienced camera, visual-observer, and production teams. Airborne Studios supports Local 600 and non-union productions, matching crew structure to the project. $10M AVIATION INSURANCE — Coverage up to $10 million is available for qualified productions, with certificates of insurance and additional-insured requirements coordinated during prep. Final coverage and wording depend on the project and policy approval. AIRSPACE & PERMISSIONS — Planning can include FAA airspace authorization, required waivers or approvals when applicable, property permission, municipal coordination, night-operation requirements, and production-specific restrictions. RISK PLANNING — Each plan considers people, roads, structures, vehicles, talent, weather, visibility, RF conditions, takeoff and landing areas, emergency zones, abort procedures, and backup shots. ON-SET OPERATIONS — Crew briefings, communications, secure operating areas, monitoring, weather checks, and go/no-go decisions are coordinated with production. BOOKING — Send locations or coordinates, dates and backup dates, operating window, shot list or references, aircraft and camera needs, public or road impacts, insurance requirements, existing permits, and production contacts.
