CREW & EQUIPMENT — FAA Part 107 pilots, Local 600 and non-union crews, up to $10 million aviation insurance, Inspire 3 with X9, Mavic 4 Pro, Freefly Alta X, and FPV/cinewhoop platforms are available based on the production. AIRSPACE & PERMISSIONS — Planning addresses controlled airspace, nearby airports or heliports, property approval, municipal and production requirements, public control, weather, and shot-specific safety. PAYLOAD PLANNING — Camera, lens, focus, video, power, mounting, total payload, balance, flight time, and production monitoring are validated case by case before the aircraft is confirmed. CREW — A dedicated pilot, camera operator, visual observers, technician or payload support, and production safety roles are matched to the shot and location. IDEAL USES — Heavy-lift systems can support feature and episodic work, commercials, specialty-lens looks, higher-end camera packages, and controlled moves that require a custom aerial build. SAFETY & LOGISTICS — Planning covers build and test time, takeoff and landing zones, public control, airspace and property permissions, weather limits, emergency areas, batteries, spares, transport, and backup coverage.
